Victoria Vynn Rubber Base Coating Technology:

1. Apply a special nail degreaser to the prepared nail plate . 
2. Then apply a primer over the entire surface of the nails and let it dry for a few seconds.  
3. Then cover the nail plate with Rubber base, while evenly distributing it over the entire nail.
4. Polymerization of the coating in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or in LED - 60 seconds.    
5. Then you can cover the base with colored gel polish and top coat to complete the manicure. Drying each layer in the lamp.
6. Finish the procedure by removing the sticky layer and applying cuticle oil .
