Mode of application:

1. Apply an appropriate amount of fixing lotion to lashes using a clean, soft-tip applicator, from root to tip.
2. Leave the CLD fixing lotion on the lashes for 9-11 minutes.
3. After the set time has elapsed, remove the fixing lotion with a clean soft-tip applicator and a cotton pad.
